Philosophy
The "Oh, of
course!"
moment.
I'm always looking for the point where everything clicks: where the idea makes sense, the design feels right and the client can suddenly see exactly where it's going.
The best answers often feel obvious once you see them. Getting there means asking the right questions, making clear decisions and stripping away everything that gets in the way. That's the part I enjoy.

01
Brand Identities
Your logo is just a small part of a brand identity. The real job is creating a clear, flexible system that looks, sounds and feels like you, then giving you the tools to use it properly.
-
02
Websites
Clear, modern, accessible websites that help people understand who you are, what you do and where to go next. Nothing buried, and nothing there for the sake of it.
-
03
Digital Products
Useful, intuitive interfaces designed around real people and the way they actually behave. Thought through properly, right down to how they'll be built.
Working with Chris has been an absolute joy. He has this rare ability to take those half-formed ideas and turn them into something far better than you imagined.
He's played a huge part in shaping the look, feel and personality of our brand, helping us cut through a pretty crowded market and create something that actually feels like us. He's creative, collaborative, incredibly easy to work with and, somehow, always seems to just get it.
About me
I'm Chris Byrne.
I've been designing professionally since 2012, and considerably less professionally since a "creatively sourced" copy of Paint Shop Pro entered my life in the early 2000s.
Since then, I've worked in fast-paced agencies, in-house tech teams and independently across brand identities, websites and digital products. I care deeply about the details and I'll ask difficult questions when the work needs it.
But I don't believe good design requires ego, theatre or unnecessarily complicated language. Just honest collaboration, clear thinking and work with something to say.
